These terms cover your use of cleansearch.me and the services you buy through it.

What the audit is

The $99 Reputation Audit is a review of the search results you submit: what each result is, how much risk it carries, and which legitimate paths exist to remove, dispute or suppress it. It is delivered as a written report within 3 business days of payment.

What we do not promise

We do not guarantee that any result will be removed. Removal depends on the platform, the law and the facts, none of which we control. We only use legitimate methods: platform disputes, privacy requests, valid DMCA and de-indexing requests, outreach, and publishing accurate content.

Your responsibilities

You confirm that the information you submit is accurate and that you are the person or business concerned, or are authorised to act for them. We may decline work that asks us to hide lawful, accurate reporting of public interest or to act dishonestly.

Further services

Monitoring, suppression and removal campaigns are quoted separately and only start once you agree in writing.

Liability

Our total liability for any service is limited to the amount you paid for it.
