What we collect

Your name, email address, business name, city, the links you submit and anything you write in your notes or comments. If you pay, our payment processor handles your card details; we never see or store them.

Why

To carry out your audit, contact you about it, and keep a record of the work. We do not sell your information.

Who can see it

You and the auditor assigned to your case. Our auditors keep internal working notes that are not shown in your dashboard. We use service providers to run the site (hosting, database, payments, spreadsheets) who process data only on our behalf.

How long we keep it

For as long as your account is open, and afterwards only as long as we need it for legal or accounting reasons.

Your choices

You can ask us to correct or delete your information: use the comment thread on your dashboard.
