Refund Policy

The $99 audit

If your audit report is not delivered within 3 business days of payment, you get a full refund on request. You can also cancel for a full refund at any time before your auditor starts work on it.

Once the report is delivered the audit is complete and is not refundable, because the work has been done. The audit never promises a removal, so a result that cannot be removed is not grounds for a refund.

To request a refund, use the comment thread on your dashboard. Refunds go back to the original payment method.
